At Moves and Flow all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Customers may experience delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
We will add the tracking information to your order details so that you can follow your package whenever and wherever you want.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moves and Flow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Check the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@movesandflow.com with your name and order number, and we will make sure you get an answer as soon as possible.
Shipping damages and losses
Moves and Flow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at admin@movesandflow.com to file a claim. Take pictures of the damaged item while the return policy is still valid and attach them to the claim email. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after package reception. If the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount excluding the shipping cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@movesandflow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
