Returns and Refunds

At Moves&Flow, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If you have attempted to resolve issues with our Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

Our policy offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days starting on the day you have received your product. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly. These conditions will only apply within 30 days. After the above elapsed time, we will no longer be able to process claims for the specified product(s).

  1. What Items can be returned and refunded?
    1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it has been received with no visible signs of wear or use. It must also have tags (if applicable), and be in the original packaging (if applicable) (shipping packaging is not considered as the original packaging).
  2. What items can be exchanged?
    1. We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect and if the size ordered does not fit specified body measurements. If requirements are met, send us an email at admin@movesandflow.com.
  3. What products are “final sale” (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable)
    1. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately, items with a “final sale” tag cannot be processed for returns and refunds.
  4. How to initiate a return or exchange?
    1. The customer must first go to his account page and find the orders page. On the orders page, if the order has been purchased within 30 days a “start return” button will be available. The customer must click on the button to proceed with the return process.
    2. Inside the text box, include the reason for the return and a short description of the product’s unconformity. Attach a picture of the product if the product was damaged and click the submit button. A refund request confirmation email should be sent shortly after placing the request.
    3. Once the return package request is reviewed and approved by Moves & Flow personnel, an email containing a link to the return label will be sent free of charge.
    4. Print the label and return the item(s) to a Canada post parcel reception office.
    5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifying that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. If the item is not approved for an exchange or a refund we will send back the item to the specified address.
    6. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Moves and Flow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. For more information visit our Shipping Policy page.
  5. How long will it take to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?
    1. A refund, exchange or store credit should take 2 to 3 days to process after reception of the item. An email will then be sent confirming approval or refusal of the item.
    2. The shipping time for the return of an item is calculated according to the region in which the customer made the purchase. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy page.
    3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You should also, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed these procedures and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@movesandflow.com and we will be happy to support you throughout your claim.
